Regulations of the laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz

1. Laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz accepts clothes labeled P or A which indicates the way of laundring. Clothing which does not hold the aforementioned labeling will be accepted on sole responsibility of the Customer.

2. Laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz assumes no responsibility for:

  • damage to the fabric produced at time of service due to latent defects;
  • damage caused through the incorrect information affixed by the manufacturer regarding the conditions of garment cleaning;
  • peeling off the layers of material from the the stiffening layer (fleece), shoulder pads, etc.;
  • buttons, buckles, zippers, rubber cuffs, embroidery, subtitles, applications;
  • loss of pigment, gloss, change of flexibility the leather goods;
  • destruction during ironing of old, repeatedly washed materials.
3. Laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz doesn’t guarantee complete removal of stains and dirt, especially if at the time of the accepting of clothing or immediately before the cleaning process (by phone) Customer was informed that due to their nature, it may be impossible to remove.
4. In the event of dissolution of the buttons in the washing process, which can cause permanent stains on fabric Laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz isn’t responsible, but we will make every effort to ensure that such situations do not occur.

5. Free transportation for orders above:

  • PLN 100 in Krakow;
  • PLN 200 in Nowy Sącz.

The cost of transporting orders with a lower value than the above-mentioned the mentioned amount is PLN 20 both in Kraków and Nowy Sącz.

6. On the responsibility of the Client we clean clothes:

  • does not hold manufacturer markings on how to clean;
  • with stains of unknown origin, previously washed over or old;
  • leather, leather-like of chamois, with inserts of leather, fur coats, ties, down Jackets;
  • applications with beads, sequins, etc.;
  • curtains with serrated edge, buckles, plastic parts.
7. The service fee is charged according to the price list.
8. The quality of the service, shall be checked at the time of delivery.
9. In case of loss or damage to garments compensation for the client is the amount corresponding to its value, but not more than the equivalent of 10 – times the price for the service.
10. Clothing unclaimed from laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz after 1 month from the date of receipt is devoted to charity.
11. Laundry Krakow and Nowy Sacz has the right to refuse to perform the service.
12. For objects left in the wardrobe left for cleaning the Laundry Kraków and Nowy Sącz is not liable.
